Our classes are fun, interesting and productive. This is by virtue of both the styles of martial arts that we teach and the focus put in by our instructors. We continually review the way that we conduct our classes and refine our syllabus so that our training continues to get better.

Every time you train with us you will get stronger, fitter or more flexible – this is common amongst all our classes.

We keep our classes relatively small in size and our instructors teach the same groups regularly so they’ll always know where you’re up to and how you’re progressing. The benefit of this is that it makes it possible for the instructors to tailor the class to the group of people there on the day.

When you train at Kinetic Martial Arts, you have the option to specialise in your chosen martial art or cross-train between Hapkido, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and Kumdo. You can also extend your training into other areas of martial arts such as sparring, tournaments, demonstration etc.

A key characteristic of training at Kinetic Martial Arts, is that we follow a structured curriculum for all of our arts. This means that as a student, you know exactly what you need to achieve on each belt, and you know where you are at in your progress at any point in time.

Safety is our number one priority in all our classes. Before practising a technique we will cover off any possible injury risks, and we will teach you how to perform the technique safely.

In short, when you train with us you'll have a great time and get a lot out of it.
